Key facts

You support the preparation and follow-up of strategic customer meetings, research relevant information and prepare key figures and key topics for customer appointments
You coordinate appointments and meetings and prepare mailings in coordination with internal departments
You create, maintain and track action plans for customer development and cloud transformation projects and support implementation controlling
You contact law firms and customers, clarify open issues, support sustainable customer outreach and identify development potential
You accompany customer meetings, document results and follow-up actions, maintain tasks from team meetings and contribute to projects to further develop processes and ways of working

You study economics, business administration, business informatics or a comparable degree program and bring the drive to succeed
You have good knowledge of common MS Office applications and ideally are interested in digital business processes, cloud solutions and transformation projects
You work in a structured, independent and reliable way, think analytically and approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner
You have strong organisational talent, keep an overview even with several topics and consistently follow up on tasks
You communicate confidently with different contacts, gladly take on responsibility and work both independently and in a team
