Processes and Instruments: You support us in further developing offerings for leadership, feedback and performance management. The needs of employees and managers are always in focus.
Enablement & Communication: You contribute to formats that support employees and managers in feedback, goal setting and personal development. You accompany conception, implementation and communication, maintain our intranet presence and take on first moderation tasks.
AI & Digitalization: You test new AI applications and automation solutions with us and explore how digital tools can improve our learning and development offerings.
Support for Employees and Managers: You answer internal inquiries and support tests, rollouts and communication around our HR systems, for example SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

Studies: You are in an advanced degree program in business, social or communication sciences, psychology, (business) informatics or a comparable field. Ideally you already have touchpoints with Human Resources, Organizational Development or Digitalization.
Interests: You are passionate about Learning & Development, Performance Management, HR Digitalization, Organizational Development and Change.
Work style: You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner. You convince with your good sense for communication, organization and collaboration and contribute responsibly to the team.
Tools: You work confidently with PowerPoint and Excel. First experiences with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow are welcome but not required.
