What you'll do
- Capture existing content and sales documents and prepare them in a structured way
- Maintain, update and further develop digital content on websites and platforms together with the departments
- Manage and keep up to date marketing materials and digital content in central systems (e.g. databases, SharePoint) in a structured way
- Prepare references, application examples and sales assets according to defined standards
- Keep overviews, documentation and status reports up to date
- Reliably follow up on operational maintenance and setup tasks
What you need
- Structured and conscientious way of working
- Interest in digital content, websites and sales documents
- Affinity for data, documentation and content management
- Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint and digital tools
- High reliability and an eye for detail
- Initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good German and English skills
