What you'll do

Content coordination & maintenance for immowelt-impuls: You will learn how B2B content is strategically planned, prepared and measured. Instead of just writing texts yourself, you will support the procurement/purchasing of content, review and screen various formats (e.g. also video content) and take over the entry via a CMS as well as quality control on our platforms. Rotations & Diversity: You look beyond your own team – spend time in adjacent teams such as Brand Marketing, support brand campaigns (from briefing to evaluation) and understand the big picture. Hands-on support at events: During the peak phase of our event planning, you pitch in operationally. You help with preparation, on-site coordination and the operational to-dos that make an event successful. Willingness to travel: For event support you need occasional willingness to travel. This is not regular, but you should be open to being on-site at important events. Mentoring & creative freedom: You work directly with experienced marketing professionals who guide you. You contribute your own ideas, question processes and try out new things.

Hunger for learning & proactivity: You really want to understand how B2B marketing works, are curious and ask proactively. Work style: You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner. Language skills: Very good German written and spoken as well as solid English skills (for our international environment and English-language meetings). First practical experience in B2B marketing, editorial/PR or event management (a plus, not a must) First experience with content management systems (CMS), social media (especially LinkedIn) or graphic/video tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) (a plus, not a must) Interest in real estate topics, digitalization or the PropTech industry (a plus, not a must)
