HR at holding and law firm level: support with operational HR topics of the holding company and our law firms.
Process development: participation in building uniform recruiting and HR processes in the group.
Talent strategy: co-designing strategic talent topics such as employer branding, onboarding, or talent acquisition.

Studies: You are studying in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, ideally human resource management, psychology, business administration, or a comparable field.
Practical experience: First contact with HR or recruiting is an advantage but not a must.
Way of working: Structured, reliable, and communicative. Experience with Personio or other HR tools is a plus, as is interest in SEO, GEO, and process optimisation.
Languages: Very good German and good English skills.

Co-design: You support the development of the HR department of a growing group and work closely with our management team.
Proximity to our law firms: You are in direct exchange with the recruiters and teams on site and gain insight into the daily work of our law firms.
Own topics: You take responsibility for individual topics such as job profiles or recruiting processes and see directly what your work achieves.
Flexible working: You can work from our offices in Berlin or Hamburg as well as hybrid.
