Key facts

Event management & processes: You actively help organize internal team events and events for our sales partners and keep our processes clearly maintained in Notion
Market development: You drive the growth and development of our distributors in various European and Asian markets by providing data-based support and acting as a competent contact from EGYM HQ
Data work: You consolidate data from different sources (Excel, Tableau, SalesForce, internal tools such as Google Products)
Reporting: You support the Senior Business Operations Manager and the VP International Sales with reporting, especially regular business updates and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning)

Qualification: You are currently studying, ideally with a focus on business administration
Tools: You have good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Communication: You speak German at a fluent negotiation level (C2) and have very good English skills (at least C1)
Working style: You are self-motivated, very well organized and pay attention to detail. You bring a solution-oriented attitude, a proactive way of working and the willingness to take on ad hoc tasks when needed
Data skills: You are comfortable with numbers and can understand and interpret key business figures
