What you will do

  • Support for the Service Level Management team
  • Tasks include the creation of presentations, organization, and documentation in the SLA environment
  • You will gain interesting insights into all organizational issues related to IT organization, especially the IT landscape
  • Proficiency in common MS-Office programs
  • Collaboration on ongoing projects and support in daily business
  • Documentation and maintenance of information in the Service Level Management environment
  • Documentation and analysis of IT processes

What you need

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of economics or IT
  • You have very good German and English skills
  • You have an independent and structured way of working
  • Ideally, you have experience with MS Office and ServiceNow
