What you will do

You support our colleagues in contract creation and/or billing with all tasks arising during the process.
You take on independent tasks such as maintaining master HR data in SAP HCM, especially maintaining absence data.
You gain insights into the HR work of a large public sector institution and can also participate in project-related special topics such as the introduction of a tool for digital time recording and duty scheduling.

Ideally, you are studying Human Resources Management, Business Administration with a focus on HR, or another comparable degree program
You are proficient in common Microsoft Office applications and are eager to learn new software like SAP HCM
You have very good German and good English language skills
You are open-minded and willing to learn, as well as able to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and processes
A meticulous and reliable work ethic completes your profile
