What you'll do
- You support organizational and administrative tasks around our projects and in daily business.
- You create presentation materials, minutes, and reports.
- You act as a co-responsible interface between central departments, specialist departments, software development, and third-party service providers.
- You collect quality-relevant data, analyze it, and prepare it for the target audience.
- You create concept drafts for strategic projects.
- You support training for our managers and employees.
What you need
- You are currently completing your Bachelor's (advanced semester) or Master's degree with a focus on business or (information-)technical studies.
- You are an organizational talent, enjoy working independently on new topics, and show initiative.
- You are characterized by a strong service orientation, communication skills, and reliability.
- You have a confident command of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have very good German and English skills.
- You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and have a pinch of humor.
