You support organizational and administrative tasks around our projects and in daily business.
You create presentation materials, minutes, and reports.
You act as a co-responsible interface between central departments, specialist departments, software development, and third-party service providers.
You collect quality-relevant data, analyze it, and prepare it appropriately for the target audience.
You create concept drafts for strategic projects.
You support training for our managers and employees.

You are currently pursuing your Bachelor's (advanced semester) or Master's degree with a focus on business or (information) technology.
You are an organizational talent, enjoy working independently on new topics, and show initiative.
You are characterized by a strong service orientation, communication skills, and reliability.
You have a confident command of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
You have very good German and English language skills.
You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and have a pinch of humor.
