What you will do
- Support with all administrative tasks
- Participation in the administration of applicant management
- Entering absence times in the time recording system
- Preparation of documents and processes for new Auszubildenden
- Preparation for a smooth examination period
- Invoice verification for factual and content-related correctness
What you need
- Enrolled in a Health Management degree program, or a business administration degree in a similar field with a focus on healthcare
- Good user knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- High motivation and willingness to familiarize oneself with new topics
- High degree of independent and self-reliant work, reliability, and commitment
