Key facts

Sales: You manage sales campaigns, take part in negotiations and support the team in acquiring new partners as well as in various analyses to qualitatively expand our partner network
Account management: You analyze key accounts of our sport and health network, accompany negotiations, support data maintenance projects and identify regional and national growth opportunities
Success management: You support projects in existing partner care, including event planning, research, communication and content creation
General data maintenance: You handle general tasks and database maintenance in our CRM systems (Salesforce and an internal management tool)
Efficiency: Together with your team you ensure smooth running of cross-department processes
Process optimization: You contribute your ideas to continuously optimize our processes and implement them independently

Studies: You are studying business, sport or communication sciences (or a similar field) with at least two semesters remaining
Presence: You can be on site at the Munich office at least 2 days per week
Working style: You work in a structured, independent and customer-oriented way and keep an overview even while managing several customer relationships in parallel
Software skills: You enjoy learning new systems such as our sales tool Salesforce, and you are confident with MS Office, especially Excel
Customer experience: You are interested in getting to know, supporting and shaping a full B2B customer journey
