Key facts

Manage the existing partner network and act as the main contact for partners and internal teams.
Maintain and update partner records and ensure high data quality.
Coordinate the assignment of orders to experts and partners and handle necessary reassignments and fee adjustments.
Monitor ongoing orders and compliance with agreed service level agreements, identify delays early and take appropriate action.
Document communications, order progress and changes clearly and systematically.
Handle incoming emails independently, prioritise requests and forward them smoothly to the appropriate contacts.

You must remain enrolled at a recognised higher education institution for at least another year and state the institution in your application
You have strong organisational skills and can keep track of several orders at once.
You work independently, reliably and methodically and set clear priorities.
You communicate clearly, politely and professionally by phone and email.
You have a strong service mindset and enjoy working with internal teams and external partners.
You have very good spoken and written German.
You are confident using MS Office and routinely use digital tools in your daily work.
Experience using AI tools effectively to improve productivity and solve problems
