You support employees operationally in the use of AI tools (e.g. MS Copilot, MS Agents and internal AI solutions).
You develop, refine and document prompts for various use cases – from analysis support to content creation.
Your tasks include structured requirements gathering: What does the department need? Which AI solution makes sense?
In addition, you build prompt libraries for various teams and maintain them.
You support employee training (e.g. short AI demos, creation of mini guides or example prompts).
You conduct tests of AI prompts and AI workflows and document results.
Your support in daily operational business around AI implementation, quality assurance and standardization rounds off your field of activity.

You become a working student (m/f/d) with us through a degree in – Computer Science, – Business Informatics, – Business / Social Sciences, – Linguistics / Communication Studies or a comparable course of study.
You bring initial experience working with generative AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini etc.).
Your very good prompt design skills, both structured and creative, distinguish you.
You have a basic technical understanding, e.g.: – How AI models work at layman level – Data formats, logical thinking, clean structuring.
Ideally you have initial experience with: – Prompt Engineering Basics – Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) – Low-code/automation tools (e.g. Power Automate).
You can cleanly capture requirements and translate them into clear prompts.
You work analytically, carefully and service-oriented – and explain complex things understandably.
Your very good German skills round off your profile.
