Support preparation, coordination and implementation of certification projects (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and develop management systems
Analyze, document and optimize processes with the departments
Keep quality management and compliance content on SharePoint up to date
Support internal audits organizationally and with documentation and follow up on measures
Contribute your own ideas and support projects improving quality, compliance and operational excellence

Enrolled student of business administration, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable program
Ideally first experience in project management, quality management or a comparable role through internships, working student jobs or study projects
Confident use of MS Office, first experience with tools like Jira or Signavio is an advantage
Very good German and good written and spoken English
Structured way of working, strong initiative, curiosity about new topics and enjoyment of teamwork
