What you'll do
- Support with complaint handling and managing retrofit measures
- Analysis and preparation of quality and field data
- Creating dashboards, evaluations and status overviews
- Support with Q-module and reporting
- Preparing and providing relevant information for sales and other interfaces
- Cooperation with various departments within quality management
What you need
- Studies in engineering, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable field
- Very good German and English skills
- Interest in quality management, data analysis and technical contexts
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally first experience in data analysis, reporting or dashboard creation
- Structured, careful and independent way of working
