Key facts

You’ll be part of our Employer Branding team, which is responsible for the entire presence of BCG’s employer brand in the Central European market.
You’ll support the execution of our employer branding strategy and take on your own projects as part of your working student activities.
You’ll also be involved in developing campaigns, creating and maintaining content, handling social media activities (such as posts and editorial calendars), and performing tasks related to the website.
In addition, you’ll create campaign timelines and support business intelligence analyses (e.g., campaign evaluations).
Finally, you’ll coordinate with internal departments and external service providers and support individual team members with ad hoc requests.
