What you'll do
- Creating user journeys and service blueprints to improve the user experience
- Support in planning and running workshops for requirements analysis
- Help develop concepts and prototypes
- Carry out user research and usability tests to validate design decisions
- Close collaboration with the UI team and other departments
What you need
- Studies in UX/UI design, product design, interaction design, human factors / ergonomics, psychology or comparable
- Enthusiasm for complex technical requirements and turning them systematically into simple, logical design concepts
- Analytical thinking and a good sense for user needs
- Very good sense of design, creativity and many ideas for modern software design
- First experience in UX design, ideally through internships or projects
- Knowledge of design and prototyping tools (e.g. Axure)
- You are solution-oriented, dynamic and committed
