Current studies in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology) with an ideal focus on HR Strong interest in the role of HR Business Partner Willingness to work on-site at the plant First practical experience in HR is an advantage Proficient in MS Office Fluent German skills and good English skills
