What you'll do
- Checking, adjusting and changing customer-related and order-relevant master data
- Support with order acceptance, order entry and further processing as well as complaint handling and bulk goods or bulk direct debits
- Support with commercial and logistical checks of orders, carrying out corrections if necessary
- Creating data analyses and checking existing reports
- Adjusting, changing and developing new evaluations according to current requirements
What you need
- Enrolled in economics, business administration or a comparable degree program
- Knowledge of order management, export processing or SAP is desirable
- High resilience and flexibility
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Independent and responsible way of working as well as good German and English skills
