What you'll do
- You support the Dispute Resolution Team in internal and external communication (e.g. with trades, departments and opposing parties).
- You assist our Litigation Managers in handling disputes and help structure proceedings from start to finish.
- You actively participate in fact-finding, conduct legal and factual research and create initial drafts for statements and briefs.
- You analyze disputes, prepare decision-making bases and help assess whether a commercial or procedural solution makes sense.
What you need
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business law, law (Jura) or a comparable course of study (ideally from higher bachelor semester or in master).
- Your communication is always on point and you enjoy writing legal documents and briefs.
- You like working interdisciplinary with various departments and can communicate legal requirements understandably.
- You have very good German and English skills in word and writing (C-level) for secure communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- You see new and unknown questions as a motivating challenge that you approach in a structured and independent manner.
