What you will do

Close cooperation with the FBA 8 production teams to increase plant availability, process stability and product quality
Active support in day-to-day production operations
Participation in the analysis of production and maintenance data, such as causes of disruptions, plant conditions and process parameters, and deriving improvement measures
Responsible participation in improvement projects
Insights into all main areas of hot-dip coating:
Hot-dip process (zinc/zinc alloys)
Annealing line / heat treatment
Surface inspection and quality processes
Production logistics (coils, handling, transport, planning)

You are successfully studying industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production management or a comparable technical field
Very strong interest in production-related activities, technical processes and plant operations
Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills and the ability to connect technical and business relationships
You appear confident, can assert yourself and communicate clearly with both engineers and employees working shifts
Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience, especially in a dynamic production environment
Good knowledge of MS Office
