What you will do

You support global mobility projects, country-specific analyses, and the further development of our global mobility strategy
You assist with the administrative handling of international assignments, transfers, business trips, and foreign-local-hire cases
You create mobility reports, dashboards, and Excel analyses and evaluate volumes, trends, data quality, and process performance
You prepare PowerPoint presentations and management updates and support AI use cases for data extraction and analysis
You support process improvements, testing, and the creation of training materials
You maintain mobility content for our SharePoint, MS Teams, and intranet
You coordinate information requests, meetings, action items, and status updates with HR, employees, managers, and external mobility service providers
You support knowledge and document management as well as onboarding activities for new team members and project participants

You are studying business administration, economics, mathematics, or a comparable degree program related to HR, taxation, law, or another field related to mobility
Ideally, you have already gained some initial practical experience in human resources management
You use MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, confidently in your everyday work
You enjoy working in a team, are reliable, and proactively familiarize yourself with new topics
You have a strong command of German and English
