Working Student (all genders) in the Calibration Cycle Optimization Project

What you will do
Recording, documenting and analyzing existing calibration processes across the entire value chain together with the team
- Recording and evaluating processing times, waiting times and organizational influencing factors
- Helping to identify bottlenecks, causes of delays and optimization potential
- Preparing, structuring and analyzing data from SAP, Excel and other systems and using it to create dashboards, analyses and KPI reports
- Supporting the development of a transparent KPI system
- Supporting the development of optimization measures, creating process diagrams, value stream analyses and presentations, and contributing to the standardization of workflows and communication processes
What you need
Degree studies in industrial engineering, business administration, business administration with a focus on process management, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable field; availability for one year; very good Office 365 skills; initial experience with SAP, Power BI or databases is an advantage; very good German and good English skills; interest in data analysis and process optimization; analytical and structured thinking; ability to work independently; clear communication and enjoyment of teamwork; strong quality awareness; initiative and enthusiasm for improvement projects.
