- Support the Supplier Quality Management team with supplier evaluations
- Support the proper archiving of contracts and maintenance of the database
- Support contract negotiations with external suppliers
- Support audit preparation and follow-up activities
- Support supplier-management analyses to increase transparency
- Keep supplier data up to date internally and support external supplier communication for data exchange, for example regarding QMS requirements, certificates and contracts
- Support the identification of improvement opportunities and the development of AI-supported solutions
What you need
- Currently studying business, engineering, law or a related subject, such as business informatics, data analytics, business administration or a comparable field
- Enrolled in a bachelor's degree or at the beginning of a master's degree and available for at least 1.5 years
- Confident use of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Initial experience with data analysis, visualization, automation and AI tools is an advantage
- Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an independent, structured, systematic and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of working in an international team
