Working Student (f/m/d) IT Enterprise Architecture & Project Support

You participate in enterprise architecture management, maintain our application and interface landscape in LeanIX and create or update meaningful architecture diagrams. In Microsoft Azure DevOps you keep track, support the tracking of tasks, epics and user stories and help the team to transparently track deadlines and work statuses. You create and revise technical documentation, architecture sketches and requirements documents in close coordination with IT stakeholders. You attend meetings and workshops, structure meeting notes professionally and ensure reliable follow-up of open action items. You maintain and structure our team and project areas in SharePoint so that information remains transparent and quickly accessible at all times.

You are studying (business) informatics, industrial engineering, information management or a comparable technical or business degree program. You are fit in the topics of IT structures, system landscapes and modern collaboration tools. You are confident in using Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel). Initial contact with LeanIX, Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence or modeling tools (e.g. Draw.io, MS Visio) is an advantage. You enjoy translating complex issues into understandable notes or documents. You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills in word and writing for exchange in our international environment.
