- Independent development and optimization of process content
- Administration of client systems (Windows 10/11)
- Installation of computers as well as setup and dismantling of workstations
- Participation in daily operations by independently solving simple IT support tasks from the ticket system
What you need
- Studies in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
- Proficient in common MS Office products
- Ideally, initial practical experience in the field of digitalization and enthusiasm for new topics and development practices
- German language skills at an independent user level (at least B2)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as an agile, team-oriented approach
