What you will do

Support project execution for medium-power transformers and compensation reactors taking into account quality, schedule, and cost targets
Coordination and alignment of processes along the value chain with engineering, purchasing, production, and quality assurance
Participation in the preparation, tracking, and assurance of project milestones
Support of customer communication and collaboration with internal and international interfaces
Participation in stakeholder management and alignment of project-related requirements
Support in project reporting, risk, claim, and change order management as well as maintenance of project documentation and project management databases

Currently studying electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
Ideally first practical experience in project management or in the energy technology environment
Basic knowledge of project management and understanding of technical interrelationships in energy technology
Analytical skills for assessing project risks and supporting informed decisions
Negotiation-proficient German and English skills as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities
Structured, independent, and service-oriented way of working as well as confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
