Working Student (f/m/d) Commercial Project Processing for High-Speed Trains

You support the commercial project processing with the following tasks:

• You support the creation and preparation of commercial evaluations as well as cost and budget overviews.
• You help with the administration and tracking of customer guarantees.
• You are involved in project and material cost controlling.
• Additionally you research and maintain internal and external market and price indices to support the calculation of supplier price adjustments.
• You maintain overviews of receivables and customer payments.

You are studying business administration, economics or a comparable degree program with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting. Ideally you are at least in the fourth bachelor semester or in a master's program. You are available long-term for approximately 15 hours per week. You are proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint. First SAP knowledge is an advantage. First practical experience in the commercial field, e.g. through internships or working student activities, is an advantage. You have a good understanding of numbers, work structured, carefully and reliably and can prepare commercial contexts understandably. Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken, round off your profile.
