You support the Operational Sourcing Team in daily operational business and contribute to making purchasing processes efficient
Subsequently, you monitor and track orders and delivery dates to ensure a smooth process
In the further course, you support communication and coordination with suppliers and internal interfaces and actively contribute to solving supply bottlenecks and deviations
Additionally, you help analyze and prepare purchasing, supplier, and material data to provide important insights for process improvements
Finally, you work on optimizing and digitalizing existing purchasing processes and independently take on smaller work packages

Education: You are currently successfully studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a comparable degree program
Experience and knowledge: You have an interest in purchasing, supply chain, and industrial processes
You are proficient in MS Office and have good knowledge of data integration, data visualization, and reporting
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Work style: You work analytically, structured, and independently and convince with communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various interfaces
Language skills: Good German and English skills
