You support the digitalization team in continuously developing the portfolio in Finance & Controlling Services through analysis and expansion with digital solutions and services
To do this, you work closely with international colleagues, contribute your own ideas and actively participate in the development of innovative concepts for the successful introduction of digital solutions
In the next step, you use and learn modern tools such as Power BI, Power Automate or AI Agents to design data-driven automation processes and strengthen the AI readiness of the organization
Finally, you organize the global digitalization community, moderate appointments and plan events such as hackathons or design thinking workshops to sustainably promote exchange and innovation culture

Education: You are currently successfully studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Innovation Management or a comparable degree program and are in a Master's program or a higher semester of your Bachelor's
Experience and knowledge:
You have ideally already gained practical experience through internships or working student activities in the areas of Finance, Controlling or Project Management
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
You have a high IT affinity and interest in digital solutions and process optimization
Work style: You convince through initiative, creativity, quick comprehension and willingness to learn
Language skills: You have fluent German and English skills
