Working Student HR Operations (wmd)

As part of our team, you will support the processing of administrative and organizational HR topics (e.g., contract adjustments, working time changes, parental leave, leave of absence); In particular, you will independently create employment and interim references and manage the process end-to-end from workflow start to dispatch; You will maintain the system in SAP and the electronic personnel file; You will create certificates and other HR-relevant documents; You will support currently ongoing projects.

You are currently studying business administration, psychology, business education, sociology, or similar; You are motivated and interested in operational HR; You are an organizational talent with good communication skills, quick comprehension, and work independently and carefully; You have very good German skills; You have confident user skills in MS Office and ideally in SAP HR; For the entire duration of employment, you are enrolled as a full-time student.
