Studies in computer science, information technology or a related field.
Knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Understanding of Windows and Linux system administration.
Basic software development skills (bash or python scripts, databases, front-ends).
Good English skills; German is a plus.
