What you'll do
- Research, design, and validate automation solutions for the SCI team
- Apply AI tools to practical business scenarios and document outcomes
- Develop prototypes, gather user feedback, and refine use cases iteratively
- Collaborate with colleagues to map processes, gather requirements, and act on feedback
- Align regularly with the SCI AI Lead on use cases, legal considerations, and tools
- Prepare and deliver enablement sessions for team members
What you need
- Current enrolment at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Computer Science or Informatics
- Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Power Automate, or Microsoft Copilot - or a strong drive to learn them
- A proactive approach to designing, building, and refining prototypes independently
- A customer-oriented mindset - you consider what colleagues and stakeholders actually need
- Fluency in German and English is required for this role (written and spoken)
- Working from Walldorf / St. Leon-Rot office is required
