Support pipeline and business reviews with structured preparation and follow-up

Run whitespace and potential analyses to identify new opportunities with existing customers
Coordinate customer events, Executive Roundtables, partner events, and internal meetings from planning to execution

Take on project coordination and work closely with sales management across departments

You're studying business, finance, marketing, IT or a related field. You want real experience inside a sales organisation — not just theory.
A creative, team-oriented mindset and the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift
A structured, detail-oriented approach to analysing data and turning it into clear, well-designed presentations
Confidence working with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Strong communication and presentation skills — in writing and in conversation
A customer-oriented approach that shapes how you communicate and set priorities
Curiosity about AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and SAP Joule, and a drive to apply them day-to-day
Experience with LinkedIn content or social media is a plus
Fluency in German and English is required for this role
