Key facts

You'll work directly with Account Executives in SAP's Retail, Wholesale, and Fashion industry team. You'll use AI actively in your daily work — well beyond writing emails.
Use modern AI tools for research, analysis, content creation, and process automation.
Coordinate customer meetings — agendas, materials, and briefings — and track next steps in SAP CRM.
Develop customer-specific presentations for SAP solutions in Retail, Wholesale, and Fashion.
Analyze companies, industry trends, and competitors to provide insights for account strategies.
Plan customer events and webinars and support lead generation and social selling campaigns.

You're currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in business, business informatics, or a related field. You're curious, collaborative, and a clear communicator — someone who thinks creatively and tackles complex problems head on.
You use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot regularly — for research, analysis, content creation, and automation. You're open to exploring new AI approaches and building smarter workflows.
You understand how AI works and are excited to explore SAP Business AI with your team.
You put customers first and think clearly about what they need.
You are comfortable with PowerPoint and can create clear, compelling presentations.
Fluency in German and English is required for this role. First sales experience is a plus.
