Goethe University Frankfurt offers a course called Physical Biology of Cells and Cell Interactions (PBioC) which focuses on the study of biological processes at the cellular level using physical and quantitative approaches. What you need to apply for Physical Biology of Cells and Cell Interactions (PBioC) at Goethe University Frankfurt
If not a native speaker, the applicant has to provide a proof of sufficient knowledge of the English language on B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference Languages (CEFR) by one of the following:
1. TOEFL (ibT) minimum 87
2. IELTS minimum 5.5
3. A certificate of proficiency, which has been issued by the relevant departments based on a Bachelor thesis written in English
4. A minimum one-year study or occupational stay in an English-speaking country within the last three years
Optional: Proof of German language skills
1\. Bachelor degree in the same or a related subject or at least an equivalent degree from another university of applied sciences in the same or similar subject (e.g. medicine, psychology, chemistry, physics or mathematics) with a standard period of study of six semesters.
2\. In case the required degree has not been awarded by the time of application, an application is possible when at least 80% of the required CP for the Bachelor's degree have been gained and if the following documents are submitted:
a. a proof of matriculation.
b. a detailed certificate of the present status of the studies and the anticipated date of completion of the Bachelor's programme.
3\. a certificate of proficiency which has been issued by the relevant departments on the basis of a Bachelor thesis written in English language
4\. a minimum one-year study or occupational stay in an English-speaking country within the last three years
5.Proof of English language skills
Provisional admission : Provisional admission is possible if the Bachelor’s program has not yet been completed; this requires a transcript of records stating at least 80% of the required CP for the bachelor's degree. In case the required degree has not been awarded by the time of application, you can still apply if you provide:
a. Proof of matriculation
b. A detailed certificate of the present status of your studies and the anticipated date of completion of the Bachelor's programme.
