All higher education and university diplomas including Transcripts of Records): A Transcript of Records is an official document of the college/university, which lists all academic achievements within a degree programme or within a degree programme combination completely with individual grades and indication of semester or academic year.
In the case of foreign higher education and university certificates, the grading system used at the foreign institution of higher education must be taken from the attached Transcript of Records, as this is required to determine the German equivalent grade. The grading system must indicate both the minimum and maximum grades to be achieved.
