Your submitted transcript must include the credits/grading system of your university:
– min. passing score (e.g. 50 out of 100);
– max. possible score (e.g. 100 out of 100); and
– the equivalent score/range of scores for each grade (e.g. ‘A’ grade is equivalent to a score of 90 to 100).
^Please do not mail any documents to us if we do not tell you to. We do not return any hardcopy documents that are submitted to us.
Submit the Module Descriptions of all the modules you have taken in your Transcript, as found in your curriculum document or syllabus handbook (only applicable for MSc in Aerospace Engineering applications and only required in softcopy format)
Submit 2 Recommendation Letters from 2 different Professors or Employers (only applicable for MSc in Green Electronics, MSc in Integrated Circuit Design and MSc in Industrial Chemistry applications)
You will have to contact your recommenders to submit recommendation letters for your application. We will not be informing the recommenders to submit recommendation letters for you. Your recommenders may choose to send the letters to you so you can upload them into the portal. However, if they are not comfortable with doing that, they may send the letters to [email protected], quoting your name and application number in the email, so we can identify that these letters are for you.
Submit 1 Statement of Purpose that indicates the reason(s) you are interested in the programme you applied for
