If you wish to submit a confirmation of your language of instruction as proof of your English language proficiency, the confirmation has to be issued by an administrative unit of the university (e.g. Examination Office, Registrars Office, Deans Office) on official university paper and has to bear a seal and an original signature.
Bachelor’s degree of at least six semesters, in Physics or another suitable subject area, or an at least equivalent degree in an engineering or natural science-oriented degree program, at a German or foreign university.
You should have knowledge of the following courses:
1. Basic experimental physics (mechanics, electrodynamics, thermodynamics, oscillators, waves, and optics).
2. Basic mathematics (linear algebra, calculus).
3. Qualification in theoretical sciences (canonical courses in theoretical physics, numerics, and discrete structures).
4. Qualification in experimental sciences (classic courses in advanced experimental physics as well as organic and inorganic chemistry).

English language proficiency can also be proven by a GMAT with a score higher than 600, via the language of instruction in an academic program (e.g. in a bachelor's) by submitting your transcript of records or your degree certificate as evidence (the language of instruction needs to have been English in more than 50% of the program), or if during the undergraduate studies 10 ECTS credit points had been taken in the English language (this can be provided e.g. as an English-language bachelor's thesis).
