You can upload the following documents directly in the application portal:

Certificate of higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), which entitles the holder to study at a university in the respective home country, including the corresponding list of individual grades

Certificates or diplomas of university entrance examinations passed abroad, including the corresponding list of individual grades, if a university entrance examination is required in your home country

if available: all acquired higher education and university certificates (e.g. from colleges or academies), including the corresponding list of individual grades or proof of university examinations already passed

Proof of the required German language skills

Possibly additional documents that you will be asked for automatically

Country-specific documents : Applicants with educational certificates from the following countries must also upload the following documents:

India: Certificate of the Academic Testing Center (APS) at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany

Additionally for applications to Master’s programs:

Performance overview with grade point average

Bachelor's certificate if you have completed your Bachelor's degree and have already received the certificate
