Prerequisites for the Master's program in Arabic Studies are a university degree in the humanities, cultural studies, or social sciences. Proof of at least 15 ECTS credits in Oriental Studies and a minimum of 40 ECTS credits of Arabic language skills are required.
The language of instruction for the MA program in Arabic Studies is primarily German. German language skills of at least level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) are required for admission. Applicants require at least level B1 in English.
