What you need to apply for Classical Philology at University of Freiburg (Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg)
1\. have obtained a first degree from a German university in a humanities bachelor's program with a focus on Latin or Greek studies, or in an equivalent program of at least three years at a German or foreign university, that meets the qualifying requirements specified in paragraph 2,
2\. have knowledge of the German language that corresponds to at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages,
3\. for the German-language variant, have knowledge of a modern foreign language relevant to the program, or for the binational variant, have knowledge of French that corresponds to at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, and
4\. have acquired the Latinum and the Graecum or have equivalent knowledge of Latin and Greek.
