Co-plan and jointly implement events and projects

• Co-develop target-group-specific offers
• Collaborate with regional, socio-spatially oriented and youth-work-related networks
• Research current, technical and department-related topics
• Acquire knowledge of administrative tasks in child and youth promotion
• Develop pedagogical action competence and reflect on own pedagogical actions

Completed university degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy (e.g. Bachelor of Arts - Social Work)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Initiative, ability to work independently, teamwork skills and empathy
• Communicative and organizational skills
• Resilience and willingness to work outside regular hours in exceptional cases
