Completed university degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy (e.g. Bachelor of Arts - Social Work) First experiences and joy in working with children and adolescents Openness in working with target groups with special needs Ability to cooperate with specialists from public and independent youth welfare providers and other institutions Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts Sound MS Office skills and experience in dealing with modern media Teamwork, resilience, creativity/innovation, conflict resolution skills and willingness to undergo further training
