What you will do

Onboarding new customers for our European organisation
Further development of the CRM tool
Product-related support for German and international dealer organisations, specialist retailers and direct customers
Communication with various development teams as part of problem solving
Further development of the knowledge base

Students (m/f/d) in business studies, industrial engineering, business administration, service management, product engineering or similar degree programmes
Initial experience with SAP is an advantage
Confident use of standard MS Office applications, especially MS Excel; VBA skills are desirable
Fluent German, spoken and written, is essential for team meetings and communication with production
Very good written and spoken English for international corporate communication
Quick comprehension and analytical thinking
Independent working style and initiative
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A current enrolment certificate, current transcript of records and an extract from the current study regulations confirming the requirement to complete a mandatory internship must be uploaded.
