You are part of a motivated and innovative team during the ramp-up of cell assembly at the Cell Manufacturing Competence Center (CMCC) in Parsdorf.
You also support the development, preparation and execution of experiments in cell assembly (DOE planning and execution).
You also help analyze production processes and measurement methods and contribute your own ideas for improvement.
You also support the collection, processing and analysis of production data to understand cause-and-effect relationships in production and battery cell performance and to derive measures.

Studies in engineering (mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering), chemistry, physics or a comparable degree.
High level of initiative.
Ideally prior knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and/or statistical design of experiments is an advantage.
Proficient use of MS Office.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Analytical thinking.
Good German and English skills.
