Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, psychology, HR, or a related field
First practical exposure to recruiting or HR (internship, working student role, or project work) is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with data to support reporting and KPI tracking
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work onsite at least 2 days / week
Fluent in English
