What you will do
Your tasks
- Support trainers with organizational and technical tasks in daily training routine
- Preparation and follow-up of training sessions, workshops and training content
- Accompaniment and support in the implementation of courses
- Supervision of projects of our apprentices and students
- Solution-oriented support for technical and organizational issues
- Participation in the development and further development of modern training concepts
- Collaboration with apprentices, students and specialist departments
What you need
You wonder if you are suitable for the internship in Innovation Management? Here are important qualifications we are looking for:
- Degree in engineering pedagogy with a focus on electrical and information technology or a comparable course of study or teaching degree for the subjects mathematics, computer science or physics
- Basic knowledge or a high affinity for computer science and electrical engineering
- Negotiation-proficient German and good English skills in word and writing are absolutely necessary for us
In addition to these technical requirements, we are also looking for certain qualities and abilities:
- Enjoyment in imparting knowledge and supporting others in their development
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
