What you will do

Supporting the project manager (m/f/d) with administrative tasks, independently setting up, tracking and supporting project-related topics
Supporting time-limited topics, such as case studies, workshops or cross-functional collaboration with other departments
Continuously improving and revising the ReDTC intranet presence, monthly reporting, etc.
Defining and programming small tools/databases, including automated routines for evaluating large amounts of data, e.g. in MS Excel, VBA or Power BI

You are studying automotive engineering, industrial engineering, electronics, mechatronics, microsystems technology, business information systems, or a comparable field of study, so that you bring basic knowledge of our area of work
Previous experience with the design and manufacture of electronic components would be an advantage
You should be familiar with MS Office and have good knowledge of common programs
Good German and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, are absolutely essential for us
You are highly committed, show a great deal of initiative, learn quickly, and are enthusiastic about many topics
Creativity comes naturally to you and helps you find unconventional solutions
You work independently, are goal-oriented and structured, and know how to work effectively without losing sight of the bigger picture
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are particularly important to us
We require your current enrollment certificate, current transcript of records, and, if applicable, confirmation from your university that you are completing a mandatory internship
If you are from outside the EU, please also send us your valid residence permit and work permit, including the supplementary sheet.
